Alphonso Mango pulp/pure
Native to the Western parts of the Indian subcontinent, the Alphonso mangoes have been the pride of Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka. The Alphonso variety is well-known for being the ‘King of Mangoes’ for its large size, bright yellow colour, and most importantly, its bewitching aroma and taste that keeps one captivated for life!
The extract of the Alphonso mangoes are widely known for its multiple uses across the food industry to make products from beverages, mango based processed foods and consumables. With the constant and round-the-year demand, the puree/pulp of the Alphonso mango is packed, canned, and even traded as a frozen product and are exported across and down the regions of the world.

Totapuri Mango pulp/puree and concentrate
‘Totapuri’ deriving from its distinct resemblance to that of a Parrot’s beak, the pride of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu has become a staple of mango lovers all over the world. Due to its rich pulpy content, the Totapuri mangoes are one of the prime selections preferred among the manufacturers who are into mango-based beverage production and is exclusively available between May and July every year.
An average Totapuri mango ranges between 300gms to 400gms and is easily recognisable because of its oblong shape and pointed end, with its greenish-yellow or bright yellow or golden colour. The Totapuri mangoes are high in fibre, Vitamins A and C, rich in antioxidants, and the minerals essential for a healthy diet, thus, making it a sought-after choice for the beverage and food industry.

White Guava pulp/puree and concentrate
An extensive palatability of the tropical and subtropical regions are the White Guavas. Native to Tamil Nādu, Uttar Pradesh, and Karnataka. India being one of the major exporters and producers of White Guavas along with Thailand, Mexico, and Brazil, wherein the sweet and tangy flavour is a popular choice and favourite ingredient for the beverage manufacturers.
The use of the White Guava extends from the food and beverage industry to cosmetics industries and health-based supplements that is contributed from its high Vitamins A and C. Pink guava Pulp/Purée and concentrate
Originating from the Central America and branching throughout the world via Asia and Africa, the Pink Guava is a widely cultivated tropical/subtropical fruit. India is the largest producer of Guava in the world and has its own variations of the pink guavas cultivated and harvested majorly for its rich pulpiness, sweetness, and aroma.
The pink guavas are comparatively sweeter, softer, and pulpier than the white guavas, and are high in demand in the food and beverage industry. Red papaya pulp/puree and concentrate
Home to the Southern Mexico and Central America, the red papayas have travelled across the world for centuries and has been cultivated in India predominantly for its health benefits and its high levels of Vitamin C and A, nutrients, and is rich in antioxidants. Known to support and promote immunity, eye health, and the digestive health of the consumer, the red papaya has been largely grown in the Southern parts of India in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
Mixed with various fruits and vegetables to create a delicious and nutritious beverage. Primarily used in Jams and jellies, spreads, desserts, the red papaya is preferred for its aroma, sweetness, and pulpy texture.

Tomatoes are an integral part of every menu, irrespective of its country of origin or cuisine, and was introduced to the world by Spanish explorers in the 16th century, and are now cultivated in China, India, and America.
Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh are the largest tomato producers of India.
